Leading the way in this area is the cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, kale and cauliflower, which also boost your immunity, and block enzymes that draw cancer into healthy cells. Foods high in beta carotene are important because they have been shown to potentially inhibit the growth of cancer cells.
